Our classes meet in our heated 30′ yurt, which makes a uniquely magical, inspirational practice space. The setting is 5 acres of natural beauty on the southwest edge of Ann Arbor. Classes are small, naturally fostering a sense of community and plenty of one on one attention from the instructor. Classes include yoga philosophy and inspirational readings, breath work, meditation, physical postures, sacred music and guided relaxation.
Expect to feel invigorated, refreshed, relaxed and empowered.
For students brand new to yoga, an initial individual session is recommended (but not required) before joining a group class. This private session will give the student a chance to discuss any health issues or questions about the practice, and to gain some insight and experience with the routine of the group classes.
Individual yoga sessions are also available to any student who wants to further his or her practice and understanding of yoga, and/or work privately with emotional or physical challenges and stress management.
Class Schedule and Rates
Each class is 90 minutes. Please arrive on time as we begin with meditation.
Wednesdays, 5:30 – 7:00 pm
$96 for an 8-week session, good for up to 2 classes per week during the session
$15/drop-ins are always an option
Private Sessions: by appointment, $75 for a 90-minute session
